The intersection of cancer biology and RNA processing

We work at the intersection of several different disciplines, including cancer biology, cancer-immune interactions, and RNA processing. Our broad goal is to discover novel molecular mechanisms that govern cancer initiation, progression, or response to therapy. Some areas of current interest are:

We use a diverse toolkit, including functional genomics, mouse modeling, computational and statistical analyses, and RNA biochemistry.

We are located at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle, Washington.
